NIGHT 0

Night 0 is the first night you play in Five Nights at Wario's: Return to the Factory. This night is the only night to feature Wario Man (aka Bruno Gate) as an active enemy. You play as Wario, rather than Richard McRoy.

It serves as a tutorial night to let you get used to the controls of the game without entirely knowing where you are. No one else is active except for Wario Man. Despite his fast speed, this night is the easiest night in the game.

STRATEGY

TRIVIA

  • This night is the only night to have Wario Man as an active enemy.

  • This night takes place 7 years before the events of the main game.

  • It is impossible to receive a Game Over on this night, as no matter if you get attacked or win, it sends you to the game's intro.

  • Nowhere in the game does it state "Night 0". Night 0 was a terms fans used to describe the intro night.

  • This night does not contain a phone call, making it the only night without one.

  • The Factory Hall and Machinery are completely invisible for the entire night, as Wario Man cannot enter those rooms.

  • The middle hall light does not work on this night.

  • The names of the rooms are not revealed on this night, rather they are revealed on Night 1. The text is replaced with "WARIO'S INC." for every room.

  • No easter eggs can occur on this night, as the easter eggs lore wise cannot be there before Bruno kills Wario and Co.

  • The ambience that plays does not return until Night 6 in the main game.

  • The ambient song has door noises in it, but this does not necessarily mean Wario Man is moving.

  • It is difficult to run out of power on this night without doing it deliberately.

This night functions like a tutorial, so it is incredible easy despite Wario Man's speed. There is no drawback to camping in the office and not using the cameras on this night.

All you have to do is check the left and right blindspots occasionally, to check if he's there. If he is, simply close the door, and open it once you hear him pound on the door, meaning he has reset.

You can also purposely let him enter the office, to get the night over with and start the introduction. The fastest way to let him in is to let him break the controls, and then immediately pull the camera up and down again.
